Alexandria’s Kick-Off Event – A Memorable Experience
In August 2022, Alexandria Bankers hosted its first Kick-Off event for the entire staff since the pandemic. Employees from all Alexandria offices across Finland were invited to join this special occasion.
With remote work becoming the dominant trend in 2020, some colleagues had never met face-to-face, and for others, it had been a long time since their last in-person meeting. The goal was to make the event visually stunning and unforgettable, paying attention to every detail. This is where ME Studio’s event services came into play, providing concept planning and production, fine-tuning every aspect to meet the client’s desires.
Event Planning and Execution
The event required extensive planning and coordination of various logistical elements. The day included three event locations and numerous subcontractors. Set in the picturesque archipelago, the event benefited from the beautiful summer setting of Helsinki. The visual design was crafted by ME Studio’s graphic designer, following Alexandria’s branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive look.
